Hyper bounce was friendly and prompt in the delivery time. He set up exactly where I asked and took his time cleaning the slide which was awesome. The inflatable was exactly as pictured on the website and we had zero problems with it. My daughter and all of pur guests had the best time with the water slide. I have used other companies in the past and always had some kind of issue but not with Nathan and his wife. I would absolutely use hyper bounce inflatables again!

Really good experience with renting the princess duo for my daughter's third birthday. The guys who set it up did it right on time and had it looking nice for her party. The kids all LOVED it! And I loved how inside, the steps to climb from the bounce house portion to the slide portion were really sturdy so even the little 2 year olds could climb up and slide down on their own. We will definitely be renting from them again. My son has already decided he wants one for his birthday too!

Wonderful business great customer service from beginning to end. We rented a bounce house and slide combo for my daughters birthday, the person in charge of sales was extremely helpful with getting us booked when we ran into issues with the website. The bounce house arrived and was put up on schedule and I would like to give a big shout out to Robert who went above and beyond to accommodate our bounce house needs for our kids with our limited space yard. I searched for a bounce house for my daughter all over the place, and this is the only company that was affordable. And they were amazing! they let us have the bounce house for five days for the price of one day. It was amazing and they did not have to do that. They did it just because they wanted to. My daughter had the best second birthday and all the kids had such a blast. Thanks to this company.!! I would recommend this company to anybody!! The bounce house was clean and they came and got it without anyone needing to be home which is so convenient and they were able to put it up within 15 minutes! We rented a huge inflatable, generator and snow cone machine from Nathan for our neighborhood block party, and all went smoothly. The snow cone machine came with 2 flavors (2 bottles each) and 200 cones. They were able to pick up around 8:30pm. Great family business to support. Nathan helped us relax and enjoy our community shortly after Hurricanes Helene and Milton.

Great Experience! I had a few questions before making a reservation and not only were Hyper Bounce's replies fast, the information was clear and concise. We let them know the time our party started and our rental was up and running well before the first guests arrived. I appreciated the courtesy call I received shortly before the delivery--not something you usually get these days. The inflatable was in good condition and the company's communication is stellar. We rented a slide from HyperBounce for our 4th of July party and we were so happy with our choice of company to rent from. Great product. They delivered, set up, provided instructions, and returned after the event to take dow the equipment. They did all the cleaning of the equipment. The shaved ice machine was a big hit. Will be using them again.

Hyper Bounce inflatables was recommended by a friend after a bad experience with another local company. We have since used their service a few times and will continue to rent from them in the future. It is always easy to order what we want right from their website with confirmation of service following swiftly. The slides are always clean and in perfect working condition. The guys who delivered and set up, took the time to brush down the slide before taking off. When they arrived to pick up the slide they made contact to make sure we were satisfied with our rental. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Rented a bounce house combo for my great granddaughter's 5th birthday. Everyone had a great time. I had someone ask for the info so they can rent one for a party they will be having next month. Hyper Bounce was SO easy to work with! They were reasonably priced. When I originally reached out, they were quick with responses and I got a contract to book the bounce house within the hour. Jeremy kept us updated with his arrival time and pick up time. The bounce house was clean and looked just as good as the photos! Needless to say, this will be our go to rental for many years to come! The absolute best! I had another company cancel, n hour after they were suppose to show, I called this company and they had me a last minute bounce house a few hours later! Fast, friendly, professional, my kids asked a million questions and talked his ear off and he had no problems going along with it! We will use again and again , for sure. We recently rented the 24ft water slide, prior to purchasing the rental i explained my yard had some obstacles and was weirdly shaped. They offered to come out and measure my yard so i didn't waste my money and time. They set it up a day early since they were in the area which was super nice of them my kids had a unforgettable weekend paying till their legs wouldnt let them climb anymore. We rented a bounce house recently and I was genuinely impressed with the whole process from how easy and organized the booking process went to drop off and picked. I have rented many inflatables in the past but have never had someone inflate a bounce house and then disinfect the whole thing right in my back yard so I can see. That really impressed me and it left me feeling confident that’s it’s clean for my kiddos. Definitely 5 star. Will be using again!

I am certain i will forever and always choose Hyperbounce every time i need a bounce house! They took all my worry away for my son's birthday. They dropped it off Friday night before his birthday party on Saturday and didn't pick it up until Sunday afternoon....NO EXTRA CHARGES! They were patient and helpful in all ways. They set everything up for me while I was at work. I'm forever grateful. Thank you for making my son's birthday one for the books, truly.
