We rented a huge inflatable, generator and snow cone machine from Nathan for our neighborhood block party, and all went smoothly. The snow cone machine came with 2 flavors (2 bottles each) and 200 cones. They were able to pick up around 8:30pm. Great family business to support. Wonderful business great customer service from beginning to end. We rented a bounce house and slide combo for my daughters birthday, the person in charge of sales was extremely helpful with getting us booked when we ran into issues with the website. Really good experience with renting the princess duo for my daughter's third birthday. The guys who set it up did it right on time and had it looking nice for her party. The kids all LOVED it! And I loved how inside, the steps to climb from the bounce house portion to the slide portion were really sturdy so even the little 2 year olds could climb up and slide down on their own. We will definitely be renting from them again. My son has already decided he wants one for his birthday too!

We recently rented the 24ft water slide, prior to purchasing the rental i explained my yard had some obstacles and was weirdly shaped. They offered to come out and measure my yard so i didn't waste my money and time. Great pricing! The installers were quick and efficient! They had great communication prior to delivery. Will definitely be renting another house from them for my other child's bday this summer! Edit 6 months later- I rented another house for my other child's birthday, this one with a waterslide. The one I ordered would not fit in my yard and the drop-off team did everything they could to try and make it work. They ended up giving us a smaller version that worked perfectly. And they were amazing! they let us have the bounce house for five days for the price of one day. It was amazing and they did not have to do that. They did it just because they wanted to. It happened to be the day of the owner’s daughter’s birthday, he went above and beyond to make sure I got an inflatable water slide here quickly. The guy who came and set it up actually came on his day off (I only know this because I asked), he was so professional and just a great guy. Everyone had a blast, including the adults. We rented a slide from HyperBounce for our 4th of July party and we were so happy with our choice of company to rent from. The slide was well loved by all our partygoers (ages 2- 40+) We will be using them for all of our future needs for inflatables as well as extras. Great Experience! I had a few questions before making a reservation and not only were Hyper Bounce's replies fast, the information was clear and concise. We let them know the time our party started and our rental was up and running well before the first guests arrived. They dropped it off Friday night before his birthday party on Saturday and didn't pick it up until Sunday afternoon....NO EXTRA CHARGES! They were patient and helpful in all ways.
